Shipping & Returns
Shipping Within Australia
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney studio within 2 business days via Australia Post Parcel Post. This is our standard service and takes 2-7 working days (some regional areas may take longer). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout but we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
We offer an express service via Australia Post Express Post. Orders are dispatched the next business day and take between 1-3 working days. Costs are calculated at checkout also.
Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch that can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track.
We ship worldwide via Australia Post. International orders are dispatched from our Sydney studio within 3-4 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks.

IMPORTANT: All taxes and customs fees are not the responsibility of Ena Makes. Please be aware of your local import fees before ordering. We will not refund any fees charged.
Returns & Order Issues
If you find your order is not as described or have found a fault, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item. We may ask you to take photos of the issue or ask for more information. Each issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We don't accept change of mind returns at this time.
Occasionally parcels can go missing or can be delayed by Australia Post. If this happens, we will work with Australia Post to find a solution. Please note that we are unable to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post until the full recommended delivery time has passed. You can find out the transit time specific to you via http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times. We ship from the Sydney metropolitan area.
